From homestays to shared apartments, we will strive for your鈥痑ccommodation preferences to be met. Additionally, all housing options鈥痑re鈥痩ocated in鈥痭eighborhoods with convenient access to public鈥痶ransportation,鈥痵hops,鈥痗af茅s, and eateries.
Standard Housing:鈥Includes a single room at a homestay or a double room with a single bed at a鈥痵hared apartment or residence hall located within 60 minutes from鈥痶he 精东传媒 Buenos Aires study center.
- Homestays: Experience real, day-to-day life in Buenos Aires by living with a typical Argentine host, such as families with young children, single professionals, young couples with no children, and older couples whose children visit but do not live at home.鈥疕omestays鈥痜eature a kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared with the host.鈥
- Apartments and Residence Halls: Includes kitchens, common areas, and laundry facilities shared with鈥痮ther students.鈥
Select Housing:鈥Includes a single room in a shared apartment or single accommodation in a studio apartment located within 45 minutes from the 精东传媒 Buenos Aires study center.鈥疉partments boast kitchens, common areas, and laundry facilities shared with鈥痮ther students. Select Plus Housing:鈥疘ncludes a single room in a shared apartment or single accommodation in a studio apartment located within 30 minutes from the 精东传媒 Buenos Aires study center. Apartments boast kitchens, common areas, and laundry facilities shared with鈥痮ther students. Select Plus housing requires an鈥痑dditional fee.
A note: The default criterion to assign housing is first-come, first-served; however, other factors may also be considered. If we cannot accommodate your first housing choice, we'll let you know before you arrive. Non-standard housing options require an additional fee that can be found in the program Dates and Fees.
Meals
- Homestays: Includes two meals per day 鈥 breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Host families and students arrange their own meal schedules. Students are responsible for the remaining meal, either preparing it at home or eating in one of the many restaurants and caf茅s throughout the city.
- Apartments/Residence Halls: Meals are not included.

Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT): University Torcuato di Tella is one of the most prestigious universities in Argentina and Latin America. It is known for its high-quality standards and reputation among international university鈥檚 rankings. It has a broad range of academic offerings, with 11 graduate courses and more than 30 postgraduate courses. With around 10,000 students and a state-of-the-art campus, its study areas include architecture and urban studies, arts, political science and international studies, law, economics, education, social and historical studies, math and statistics, business, and design.

The academic environment at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) is known for its rigorous intellectual standards and its focus on providing a well-rounded, interdisciplinary education. The university maintains a high standard for admissions and is known for cultivating academic talent and research. Both students and faculty engage in scholarly work across various disciplines, often contributing to national and international academic discussions. UTDT houses several research centers and a distinguished faculty, many of whom have obtained advanced degrees from leading universities globally, ensuring that the classroom experience is informed by the latest academic developments.
The UTDT campus in Buenos Aires is modern and well-equipped, with state-of-the-art facilities for research, technology, and student activities. Cafes, restaurants, and rooftop gardens serve as spaces for socializing during the breaks. Also, the university provides access to a variety of resources, including libraries, computer labs, and design studios, which support both academic and extracurricular pursuits.
Classes are from Mondays to Fridays, at different scheduled times. There are different social, sports and academic clubs, making the academic environment at UTDT one that nurtures a sense of community, interdisciplinary learning, and research-driven scholarship, all while maintaining a strong connection to real-world issues and professional development.
There is a commute of about 45 minutes between 精东传媒 Buenos Aires and UTDT. Local 精东传媒 staff will advise on optimal scheduling.
