Carolina is from Guatemala and has lived in France since 2020. She has worked with ������ý since the summer of 2023. Carolina holds a master’s degree in social sciences and food science. She was a professor of nutrition for seven years in Rafael Landivar university in Guatemala and concurrently ran the “Feed the future” project in collaboration with Michigan University and the “Zero Hunger” program with the Guatemala health minister.
